I am not following what everyone else is talking about...I just know that 'machine gun' repeatable weapons have no place outside of military uses..I understand keeping rifles and revolvers just not the automatic multiple shots type guns. (I dont know names really--other than a few heard thru watching tv

). AND I still doubt that more laws will help since people seem to be able to get things around the laws.

so welcome back Perkunas! yeah wouldnt want to shovel 300 feet of driveway (hubby says to put heating elements under the driveway so it will melt on its own...)...but my mom would say..that is what having all those kids is good for!

Those that use guns to commit crimes don't get them legally, most of the time. Again, we don't have machine gun's, those are illegal. All the weapons that civilians can own with a normal licenses are semi-automatic's. Have to pull the trigger each time.

Welp SIP day today. Which means stupid crazy hectic schedule in the morning. Then a meeting all afternoon. yay......

Crap, now I'm forgetting what it stands for. Too early. It will come to me at some point. I know we call them student improvement days. We send the kids home early and then we sit in meetings. Cause that improves our students. >.>

oh yeah that really makes sense...NOT!

cant use the sprays...they just give me a bloody nose to go along with it

(and some of those sprays make me sneeze more!) and most of the warning of 'may cause nasal infection' which I REALLY dont need!! (hint: most side effects are things I WILL get).

Ya, kinda how we all feel. Especially since the whole day with kids is pretty much lost cause of the stupid schedule...

That stinks cosy. Cause I really love my spray.

Welp just got home like 30 mins ago. Love Parent-Teacher Conferences. Was at work from 7:10am to 8:05pm... Awesome. Love pulling basically 13 hour days. Back to work by 7:10am again tomorrow... For a full day. Gonna be tired...

wellll....hubby and I were sitting on the couch watching tv when.....

one of the doors (they are the folding type) to the 'den' falls OFF its track!

not sure what happened--hubby says it has to do with the heating and cooling/expansion and contraction--I dont think that is totally the case here, but really know I really really want to get out of this place (spent the rest of the evening first trying to put it back--but now its to 'short' to fit into the holes...though after taking it down we find you can adjust the BOTTOM peg--which we couldnt get to when it was up....so we are now storing it in the laundry room...which we also had to make space in).
this place is falling apart around us! so that was a fun evening NOT!!
OY OY and OY!!!

brrrrr....got cold these last few.

made homemade pizza for dinner last night (even made my own crust!)...tasty!!

still checking into the falling door...makes me all the more unhappy about this place.

Yup definitely going to be cold today to say the least. Very cold. And even colder tomorrow...

Fiancee made pulled pork. It was pretty darn yummy. Was very good along side the home made fries. Tonight we are having steak. Should also be good.

I had a microbiology professor in college who loved those things cosy.

probably would have gotten along quite well with that prof!
but then again I collect any cute plushie...just got some planets from justgeek...and my star ship enterprise!
While I was in japan I collected some pretty unique toys too (got a plush mt fuji!! and a plush tokyo tower).
I always try to find plushs I dont have already, but if I do have one, I dont mind getting a friend for it either

Well I would say this weekend was a success food wise. With burgers on the grill Friday, homemade pulled pork on Saturday, and then steak tonight. Awesome.

went out to lunch with hubby...dang its cold...even thought about looking for my winter coat!
hubby tried his new pop-over pan (got it for xmas) he likes to try baking. Turned out pretty good for the first batch, so we had pop-overs for dinner

(hey I had salmon and a salad for lunch so I can have something not so good for dinner).

I did enjoy it for the most part. Got to sleep in which was nice. Went and saw The Hobbit with my fiancee. Then had to get fitted for a tux for my friends wedding that is in April. I'm one of his groomsmen. Get to drop over $200 to rent a freaking tux... Not so happy about that one. Oh well...

We had leftovers, but I guess after eating as well as we did the previous three nights it was bound to happen. And they were still good!

I made my hubby just buy his tux...so he could reuse it for stuff like that (and funerals...both our families are getting quite old now, both his parents are now retired!).
always good to have a black suit on hand anyways.

Buying a tux when you are part of the wedding isn't so good. Since each couple usually wants a different style. So to buy one does you very little good. Might work for attending weddings, but not for being in them. Sadly...

Brown shoes are bad with those. That is for sure.
